Job Description
- Lead inside sales and digital growth for a leading education brand.
- Own P&L, optimize CAC, and drive strategic revenue transformation.
- Devise and execute strategies for B2C inside sales to drive enrolments and revenue.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, optimise lead generation, and reduce cost per acquisition.
- Collaborate with internal teams for curriculum design and marketing collateral.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
- Spearhead annual planning and financial forecasting for revenue and expenses.
- Implement strategies to improve lead-to-enrolment conversions.
- Drive Salesforce CRM adoption and lead digital transformation initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a team to achieve organisational goals.
- MBA with strong understanding of market dynamics and strategic planning.
- At least 10-15 years of experience in education space, including 6-8 years in inside sales and 2-3 years in people management.
- Proven expertise in executive education or professional courses sales is preferable.
- Proven expertise in B2C inside sales, P&L management, AOP creation, and budget handling.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and CAC optimization.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
