Please do not contact the recruiter directly.\n\nAssociate Manager, Inside Sales\nDescription -\nJob Summary\n• This role is responsible for managing a team of inside sales representatives and/or supervisors to achieve revenue goals. The role collaborates with management to align strategies, refine sales approaches, and optimize operations.

The role drives initiatives, manages talent, and stays updated on market trends while achieving and/or exceeding quotas.\n\nResponsibilities\n• Leads a team of inside sales representatives and/or supervisors, providing guidance to accomplish revenue and expense targets effectively.\n• Collaborates with management to ensure team strategies are aligned with broader sales and business objectives.\n• Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.\n• Assists the team in meeting sales goals by refining call strategies, offering market perspectives, and executing process enhancements.\n• Compiles and delivers regular performance reports, highlighting sales progress, addressing challenges, and exploring opportunities.\n• Acts as a point of escalation for customer issues, ensuring timely resolution of sales-related concerns.\n• Initiates outbound marketing campaigns, explores installed base opportunities, and drives strategic initiatives as required.\n• Oversees day-to-day sales operations, identifying areas for refinement and optimizing resource allocation.\n• Manages talent pipeline through recruitment, performance evaluation, training initiatives, and career advancement support.\n• Stays updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, sharing insights with the team to adapt sales strategies accordingly.\n\nEducation & Experience Recommended\n• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.\n• Typically has 4-7 years of job-related experience or 2-4 years of management experience, preferably in inside sales or tele sales, or a related field.\n\nPreferred Certifications\n• Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP)\n\nKnowledge & Skills\n• Account Management\n• Business Development\n• Business To Business\n• Catering Sales\n• Cold Calling\n• Customer Relationship Management\n• Inside Sales\n• Inside Sales Management\n• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)\n• Lead Generation\n• Marketing\n• Sales Development\n• Sales Management\n• Sales Process\n• Sales Prospecting\n• Sales Strategy\n• Salesforce\n• Selling Techniques\n• Software As A Service (SaaS)\n• Value Propositions\n\nCross-Org Skills\n• Customer Centricity\n• Prioritization\n• Resilience\n• Team Management\n• Strategic Thinking\n\nImpact & Scope\n• Impacts multiple teams and supports projects requiring understanding of multiple disciplines or areas of HP.\n\nComplexity\n• Develops creative responses to resolve issues.\n\nDisclaimer\n• This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
