The Role

As the driving force behind Factorie’s presence in Australia, the Country Retail Manager will lead the vision and execution across Retail, Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations, Retail Communications, and Merchandise. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is your chance to shape the future of Factorie in a key market at a time of true momentum.

• Inspire and lead a high-performing team with a strong sense of culture, direction, and ambition
• Drive brand strategy across the country, partnering closely with key stakeholders to bring big ideas to life
• Champion customer excellence while delivering strong business outcomes through sharp, strategic thinking
• Influence product decisions with on-the-ground insights that reflect seasonal, regional, and customer trends
