Technical leader

Description

As a 3-GIS Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom functionalities utilizing 3-GIS technologies. You need to collaborate with customer to understand requirements, implement solutions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products. This role requires expertise in 3-GIS and ESRI ArcGIS, along with proficiency in relevant programming languages and tools like Visual studio .Net and strong experience in web development frameworks such as Angular, React and Java script. You need to be familiar with GIS platforms and tools including 3-GIS. You need to have strong understanding of spatial data formats, databases, and related technologies (e.g., PostGIS, Oracle Spatial).

Skills & Experience

• Design and develop custom GIS applications, functionalities and solutions using 3-GIS
• Collaborate with customers and users to gather requirements and prepare technical specifications.
• Implement custom features and functionalities in 3-GIS applications to meet project objectives.
• Document software designs, development processes, and configuration details for future reference.
• Collaborate with team members to foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the development team.
• Experience in data migration from various platforms to 3GIS/ArcGIS
• Create, customize and maintain 3GIS based applications and APIs for integrations.
• Proficiency with programming languages such as PL/SQL.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to lay audiences.
• Well acquainted with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.
• Participation in requirements gathering workshops and preparing the SRS documents.
• Ability to develop solution architecture designs, HLD & LLD.
• Lead in designing, specifying and selecting system solutions, considering functionality, data, security, infrastructure and performance.
• Providing technical response to the RFP’s and effort estimations.
• Strong critical thinker with problem solving aptitude.
• Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions.
• Excellent verbal/written communication
• Should have experience and in-depth knowledge in Telecom domain.
