- Exposure to HR Change Management and Transformation
- Work for a leading global manufacturer of innovative automotive components.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract top leadership talent in alignment with organizational goals.
- End to end to TA charter - campus, mid to senior lateral hiring and executive hiring for business.
- Utilize various sourcing channels and build a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.
- Provide market insights and trends to guide strategic hiring decisions.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and practices within the Industrial/Manufacturing sector.
- Partner with external agencies and consultants to optimize recruitment processes.
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to leadership teams.
- A strong educational background in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven expertise in leadership hiring, especially within the same industry or Industrial/Manufacturing sector.
- Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for senior-level positions.
- In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
