- High-Impact Global Exposure in an MNC
- Lead compliance initiatives and shape global risk strategies
- Review, draft, and negotiate procurement contracts (direct & indirect) and agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide legal advice and support to the procurement team on matters related to vendor agreements, risk management, and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address and resolve legal issues arising in procurement processes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to procurement activities.
- Conduct legal research and provide updates on relevant laws and regulations affecting the FMCG industry.
- Assist in developing templates and guidelines for procurement contracts.
- Support the resolution of disputes or claims arising from procurement activities.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts and legal documentation.
- 5-8 years of post qualification experience
- Experience in multi-jurisdiction procurement contracts (direct & indirect) is a must
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and legal compliance requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in legal research and familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
