Job description

Job Responsibilities:
%CF; Monitor and troubleshoot Amagi’s solution for clients’ digital media broadcast needs
%CF; Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network setup at remote installations. This includes various IP delivery models of the channel output.
%CF; Document and update new and existing implementations, including diagrams, device configurations, rack layouts, etc.
Skills required:
%CF; Bachelor in Degree, Diploma, or equivalent experience related to Broadcast services, Computer Science, IT
%CF; Good written and spoken communication skills
%CF; Knowledge of broadband services (specifically broadcast video and audio services)
%CF; Knowledge in network setup, configuration, and troubleshooting is a definite plus.
%CF; Knowledge of VPN server and VLAN.
%CF; Good to have – Experience in broadcasting systems.
%CF; Like to resolve problems, be able to innovate, and find better ways to do things.
%CF; Must be flexible and willing to respond to occasional out of regular hours issues
%CF; Positive and persistent “can do” attitude.
%CF; Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure.
