JOB SUMMARY:

The role oversees Treasury and GST compliance, ensuring the organization's financial and regulatory adherence. Responsibilities include managing cash flow, banking relationships, complying with FEMA regulations, and closing IDPMS/EDPMS within the Treasury function. In GST compliance, the role involves monitoring and reporting tax obligations, ensuring timely and accurate monthly and annual filings, and staying updated on tax laws and regulations. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain compliance and optimize financial operations, ensuring month-end reports are completed well before due dates.

JOB DUTIES:

• Ensure timely processing of all payments, including statutory, and utilities, with a target lead time of one day.
• Develop and maintain a robust cash flow management in co-ordination with corporate.
• Prepare effective payment plan to manage usage of funds effectively.
• Take ownership and control of IDPMS and EDPMS cases promptly to stay compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit accurate MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) reports internally.
• Submit of Document with banker where applicable.
• Oversee and manage employee credit card administrator profile.
• Post all banking entries in SAP within a one-day lead time to maintain up-to-date financial records.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and prepare cashflow – as required.
• Ensure timely filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns to avoid penalties and ensure compliance.
• Prepare Books Vs ECL recon for GST on monthly basis.
• Lead GST refund applications efficiently, ensuring proper co-ordination with consultants.
• Educating internal stakeholders for necessary procedure and best practices around GST.
• Post all relevant entries in SAP related to GST and treasury activities accurately.
• Monthly Tax Tracker to be updated and shared with Manager.
• Prepare / review the monthly TDS deduction.
• Prepare Monthly Ledger reconciliations on Blackline, submit evidence for entries posted in SAP before month close.
• Support Team in Internal, Statutory and Tax Audit.
• Collaborate with the team, helping others simplify their tasks and sharing best practices.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• (Pursuing) / CMA (Pursuing)
• Minimum 3-5 Years of experience in relevant area of work.
• Working experience with Big-4 Audit Firms.
• Working knowledge of ERP
• Professional user of MS Office applications
• Working knowledge of GST and familiar about GST portal.
