Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Solution Architect to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for complex business processes. The ideal candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical leadership, guiding teams, and collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of innovative marketing solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a Salesforce Marketing SME, providing expertise in design, architecture, and implementation.

• Collaborate with client architecture teams and business stakeholders to define technical strategy, data models, integration patterns, governance, and scalability roadmaps.

• Design and build innovative, deliverable solutions for Single Customer View, segmentation, omni-channel activation, marketing campaigns and transactional communications.

• Support in pre-sales solutioning and proposal development, including effort itemisation and estimation

• Engage with multiple teams to provide guidance, resolve complex problems, and contribute to key architectural decisions.Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance on best practices, design decisions, and technical approaches.

• Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards across projects.

• Stay updated on industry trends, Salesforce Marketing capabilities, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

• Ensure reliable, secure, and seamless data synchronization between CRM and Marketing Cloud.

Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and Personalization, including design, build and integration (proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Data Cloud and Agentforce Marketing a plus)

• 4+ years’ experience with design, build, integration, test and deployment of marketing campaigns and transactional communications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms is a must.

• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, AMPScript, JavaScript, Handlebars and SQL is required

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Consultant delivering complex marketing solutions on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and Personalization

• Strong understanding of marketing technology strategy, design patterns, integration patterns, data governance, and performance/scalability considerations.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence technical decisions.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
