IS Platform Lead Architect & Head

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end technical architecture, cooperation with various teams delivering changes for the Platform and to ensure solution compliance to ABB architectural guidelines on scalability, security, maintainability. Each day, you will be responsible for the design and build, integrity, and quality of an Information Systems (IS) solution and associated IS services delivered to business. You will also showcase your expertise by consulting, advising, and supporting on the installation of new IS solutions/services, or changing existing IS solutions/services. The work model for the role is hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: • Lead the overall Salesforce solution design & integrations with External Systems and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) contributing to technical, functional design. • Provide expertise to business process owners, operation support or project teams and ensure that solutions delivered by projects fit well into overall platform architecture and Salesforce Well Architected Framework. • Cooperate with other Solution Architects to ensure consistent design of Salesforce Platform and with the Service Owner to ensure quality and stability of Salesforce modules. • Support Business Owners on business requirements and perform business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions to support decisions for new or changed IS solution/services. • Collect, document and review business requirements from Business owners. • Provide a good understanding of product and business owner needs, transparency and continual engagement. • Understand the customer journey and business value realization. • Define solutions fulfilling customer requirements, ensuring leverage of best practices. • Ensure functional specification from project teams supports an overall solution design. • Share solution design principles and architecture with business stakeholders, and lead continuous development and innovation of solution to enable increased solution value realization. • Build and maintain integration approaches between functional modules of the platform (integration design, documentation, information/data flow).

Qualifications for the role

• 2+ years of experience as Salesforce Solution Architect or similar.
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development or Business Analysis.
• Experience with Sales, Service Cloud and Salesforce No-Code/Low-Code development approach.
• Knowledge of Business Analysis Principles and best practices.
• Experience and strong skills in stakeholder management, collaboration with external suppliers and working in an international environment.
• Salesforce certification (at least Administrator).
• Customer focused, problem-solving skills and excellent communication.
