Sr.Engineer / Engineer - Quality (NPD)

Job description

a) Plan and
manage the NPD project, Planning & Monitoring of project schedules.

b) Proficient
of Tooling - Stamping / Molding/PU/ Welding / Assembly Process.

c) Manage
relationships with external vendors or suppliers involved in tool manufacturing
or components sourcing, negotiable contracts, and ensuring quality and timely
delivery.

d) Sheet
metal design review, knowledge of high tensile tooling requirement – Tool
Trial, Corrective action & Handover.

e) Customer
Drawing study & Feasibility preparation

f) Knowledge
of APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC & Other NPD documentations.

g) Coordinate
activities among various teams and department.

h) NPD/ Core
Tools / scheduling

i) Technically
sound in Planning / scheduling.

j) Strong
problem solving skills

k) Strong in
tool design review & supplier follow ups.
