- Pan India role
- Develop and execute strategies to optimise the collections process for Home loans, LAP, etc
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies in all collections activities.
- Lead and manage a high-performing collections team to achieve organisational goals.
- Analyse data to identify trends, assess risks, and implement corrective measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance collections efficiency and customer experience.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external agencies and stakeholders.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the collections department.
- Proven experience in collections management within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of retail banking and loan operations.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to lead teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Thorough knowledge of regulatory compliance in banking and collections.
