Sr. DTP Specialist

This position is responsible for managing complex desktop publishing projects from concept to completion, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines across multiple languages and formats. The ideal candidate combines expert-level proficiency in design and layout tools with a meticulous eye for detail and a strong understanding of print and digital production workflows.\nAs a senior member of the team, you will also mentor junior DTP staff, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including localization, design, and project management, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and output quality\nJob Overview Job Description: Sr. DTP Specialist\nGood skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Ms-Word and PowerPoint.\nExperience in Localization industry/projects is a must.

(This means candidates should have worked on different languages in InDesign, MS Word, OCR Tasks and performing QA).\nWorking knowledge of Acrobat Professional, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, OCR process is preferred.\nShould be good at managing a team of 5-7 people.\nAbility to meet fast turnaround deadlines in financial or life science projects.\nExpertise in Communication: The candidate should possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
