- Oversee and manage all legal matters, including contracts, negotiations, and compliance.
- Develop and implement legal strategies to support the company's investment banking operations in Mumbai.
- Review, draft, and negotiate complex B2B contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
- Provide legal advice and risk assessment to various business units.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Conduct internal legal audits and reviews to ensure operational adherence to legal standards.
- Support the resolution of legal disputes and manage litigation matters effectively.
- A degree in Law from a recognised institution.
- In-depth knowledge of legal frameworks in the financial services and investment banking sectors.
- Proven expertise in managing and negotiating complex contracts within a B2B ecosystem.
- Familiarity with legal aspects of IT services will be advantageous.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
