Inside Sales Associate

As Reelo’s first point of contact, you play a key role in building the Reelo brand, creating a great first impression, and building momentum for not only the sales team, but the company as a whole. Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Work from Office) ‍ Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills and a keen interest in sales are encouraged to apply) Compensation: Up to ₹5 LPA (inclusive of performance-based incentives) Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (1st & 2nd Saturdays off ) What you'll do: '05; Connect with prospective customers and understand their business needs '05; Build and manage a strong sales pipeline '05; Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound channels '05; Demonstrate the value of Reelo's platform to potential customers '05; Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to drive customer success What we're looking for: '14; Excellent communication skills in English '14; Strong interpersonal and listening skills '14; Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset '14; Curiosity, resilience, and a passion for sales '14; SaaS or sales experience is a bonus, but not mandatory If you're passionate about sales, enjoy engaging with customers, and are driven by targets and growth, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
