Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced QMS Manager to lead and manage the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) in a manufacturing environment. The role involves ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 standards, managing audit programs, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting quality excellence across all functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 requirements.
• Manage document control systems including Quality Manuals, SOPs, work instructions, and records.
• Plan and execute internal audit programs across departments.
• Lead audit teams, document findings, and ensure closure of non-conformances.
• Coordinate surveillance, recertification, customer, and third-party audits.
• Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective Actions (CAPA), and Preventive Actions.
• Support implementation and maintenance of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and SPC.
• Monitor quality KPIs and prepare reports for Management Review Meetings (MRM).
• Handle customer quality concerns and supplier quality issues.
• Conduct QMS awareness and compliance training programs.
• Maintain organizational risk registers and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support compliance activities related to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 5 8 years of experience in Quality Management Systems, Quality Assurance, or Quality Systems roles.
• Experience managing ISO 9001:2015 and/or IATF 16949:2016 certification processes.
• Experience working within manufacturing, industrial, automotive, electronics, semiconductor, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of quality management principles and audit methodologies.
