Knowledge Centre India (KCI)

Established in January 2005, KCI in Gurgaon, works in close collaboration with the Global offices of Egon Zehnder. There are 5 teams that make up KCI: Research, Research Operations, Visual Solutions, Projects/CV Capture and Digital IT.

Digital IT has six key pillars – Collaboration Technology; Functional Technology; Digital Technology; Security & Architecture; Infrastructure & Services, Digital Success to support business and to take lead on digital transformation initiatives with the total strength of 150+ team members across the globe

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Angular Development:

- Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using Angular.

- Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.

- Optimize application performance and ensure high-quality user experiences.

2. Form Design:

- Create and manage complex forms using best practices in form design.

- Ensure forms are intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly.

- Validate and handle form data efficiently.

3. JavaScript Development:

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient JavaScript code.

- Utilize modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries to enhance application functionality.

- Debug and resolve JavaScript-related issues.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including back-end developers, designers, and product managers.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

- Manage project timelines and deliverables.

- Ensure projects are completed on time

- Identify and mitigate project risks.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 8+ years of professional experience in front-end development.

- Strong proficiency in Angular (Angular 4+ preferred). Nice to have experience in React.

- Extensive experience in form design and implementation.

- Proficiency in MS-SQL database management and SQL query writing.

- Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with other front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).

- Knowledge of TypeScript.

- Experience with UI/UX design principles.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

- Understanding of web security best practices.
