Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. This role requires a strong understanding of email marketing, automation, data management, and analytics.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Build and maintain customer journeys, automation workflows, and triggered sends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and optimize email templates and content.
Segment and manage subscriber lists for targeted marketing campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to email deliverability, HTML/CSS rendering, and subscriber data.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to enhance campaign strategies.
