Job Summary-

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager with 5–10 years of experience in planning,

executing, and optimizing digital ad campaigns. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in running

paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms, with a strong focus on ROI, CPL, and ROAS.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns (Google, Meta)

Manage PPC campaigns to maximize CTR, CPL, and ROI

Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies for optimal results

Conduct A/B tests, landing page optimization, and CRO initiatives

Analyse data to track performance metrics and prepare detailed reports

Collaborate with creative and content teams to align messaging and targeting

Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platfororm changes

Qualifications and Skills:
Paid Search & Paid Campaign Management
PPC, ROI, CTR, CPL, ROAS
Google Ads & Meta Ads
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Campaign Analytics & Reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
5–10 years of relevant experience in performance marketing
Proven track record of managing large-scale paid campaigns
Proficiency in ad platforms, analytics tools, and reporting dashboards
