- Sales & Lead Generation : Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Client Acquisition & Retention : Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Market Analysis : Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential clients in the skincare and cosmetics industry.
- Product Presentations : Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiations & Deal Closure : Negotiate terms, close sales deals, and drive revenue growth in line with sales targets.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and product teams to create effective promotional strategies and improve product offerings.
- Reporting & CRM : Maintain accurate sales records, client information, and performance reports in CRM tools.
