Gen AI Engineer

We are looking for an AI Engineer with proven hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying AI-powered workflow automation solutions within enterprise environments.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both business processes and technology, and can work directly with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, design AI agents, build production-ready solutions, and drive adoption across both technical and non-technical teams. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience delivering Generative AI solutions , with a strong track record of building and implementing AI agents, workflow orchestration platforms, LLM-powered applications, and intelligent automation solutions in real-world business settings.

The AI Engineer will play a key role in helping organizations transition from manual, fragmented processes to intelligent, automated workflows by leveraging modern AI agent frameworks, orchestration tools, enterprise integrations, and full-stack engineering practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• AI Agent Developmen t: Design, configure, test, and deploy AI agents that automate business workflows, improve productivity, and support decision making
• Multi Agent Orchestration: Build coordinated agent workflows where multiple AI agents work together to complete complex tasks across systems, teams, and data sources
• Workflow Automation: Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities to automate repetitive, manual, or inefficient tasks
• Requirements Gathering: Work directly with business users, operational teams, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into AI enabled solution
• Solution Design: Define the right automation approach, including agent logic, prompts, tools, integrations, data sources, workflows, and human review points
• Full Stack Contribution: Support front end, back end, API, integration, and data related work where needed to deliver complete working solutions
• Integration Support: Connect AI workflows with business systems, documents, databases, APIs, and productivity platforms
• Testing and Validation: Test AI agent outputs for accuracy, reliability, usability, and business relevance before deployment
• Documentation: Create clear documentation for workflows, agent behavior, configuration, limitations, handover, and ongoing support
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with business teams, IT, data teams, leadership, and external partners to ensure successful delivery and adoption
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor deployed agents, collect feedback, improve performance, and refine workflows over time

REQUIRED EXPERIENCES

• Hands on experience building software, automation, or AI enabled solution
• AI Tooli ng: Experience using AI platforms, large language models, prompt engineering, agent builders, workflow automation tools, or similar technologies
• Technical Foundation: Strong understanding of development concepts, APIs, databases, integrations, authentication, and cloud based application
• Full Stack Awareness: Ability to understand how front end, back end, data, APIs, and business systems work together
• Business Analysis: Ability to gather requirements, ask the right questions, map workflows, and convert business needs into technical solutions
• Automation Mindset: Strong ability to identify process inefficiencies and design practical automation solutions:
• Independent Execution: Comfortable working independently with limited supervision, while keeping stakeholders aligned
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non technical user
• Problem Solvin g: Ability to break down ambiguous problems, experiment quickly, and iterate toward a working solution

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Understanding of how to use large language models for workflow automation, document processing, reasoning, summarization, classification, and task execution
• Ability to design agents with clear roles, instructions, tools, inputs, outputs, guardrails, and escalation paths
• Ability to write, test, and refine prompts for reliable and structured AI outputs
• Ability to work with REST APIs, webhooks, system connectors, and third party integration
• Working knowledge of SQL, data structures, and how to retrieve, transform, and use business
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar languages
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, application deployment, access controls, and secure system integration
• Ability to document workflows, requirements, technical designs, and user guides clea
• Experience automating workflows across finance, operations, marketing, IT, data, or customer service teams
• Familiarity with data pipelines, data quality, reporting, or analytics workflows
• Experience with retrieval augmented generation, knowledge bases, vector search, embeddings, or document intelligence
• Understanding of AI safety, privacy, access control, auditability, and responsible AI us
• Ability to create simple internal tools, dashboards, or interfaces for AI powered workfl
• Experience working in agile teams and delivering iterative improvements
