Civil Project Coordinator (Australian & U.K Exp Only)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Civil Project Coordinator to assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing civil construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will support the project team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

Role :-Civil Project Coordinator (International Exp)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate communication between project stakeholders including engineers, architects, contractors, and clients.
• Track project progress and prepare regular reports on work status, budget, and schedules.
• Organize and maintain project documentation such as permits, drawings, and correspondence.
• Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Support procurement activities including materials sourcing, vendor coordination, and order tracking.
• Facilitate and document project meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and environmental compliance.
• Identify and communicate potential risks or delays to the Project Manager.
• Support quality assurance processes and assist in resolving on-site issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum (2–5) years of experience in civil or infrastructure project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on (roads, bridges, utilities, commercial/residential developments, or specify project types).
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or construction management software
