Adira Homes is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 5–6 years of experience in premium residential interiors. The candidate should have strong design sensibilities, technical knowledge, client-handling capabilities, and experience in executing luxury home projects from concept to completion.

The role involves working closely with architects, project managers, vendors, and clients to deliver high-end residential spaces aligned with the brand standards of a premium construction company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative interior design concepts for luxury residential projects.

• Prepare space planning, layout designs, mood boards, and presentation decks.

• Create detailed working drawings including:

* Furniture layouts

* False ceiling plans

* Electrical layouts

* Flooring layouts

* Joinery details

* Kitchen & wardrobe detailing

• Coordinate with architects, site engineers, and execution teams for seamless project delivery.

• Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and present design solutions.

• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements suitable for premium homes.

• Visit project sites regularly to monitor execution quality and ensure design compliance.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants.

• Ensure projects are delivered within timelines and budgets.

• Stay updated with current trends in luxury residential interiors and materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

• 5–6 years of experience in residential interior designing, preferably in premium/luxury homes.

• Strong proficiency in:

* AutoCAD

* SketchUp

* V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape

* Photoshop

* MS Office

• Strong understanding of materials, lighting, furniture, modular detailing, and execution processes.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong eye for aesthetics, detailing, and space planning.

Preferred Candidate Profile

* Experience handling turnkey residential projects.

• Understanding of luxury client expectations and premium design standards.

• Ability to independently manage projects from concept to handover.

• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
