We are looking for an AI Video & Photo Coordinator to help create high-quality product images, videos, infographics, lifestyle content, and digital creative assets at scale for e-commerce product pages, social media, advertising, and marketplace campaigns.

Role Description

Twin Two is seeking a creative, fast-moving, and detail-oriented AI Video & Photo Coordinator to support product content creation for multiple clients and product categories.

This person will be responsible for taking product information, product images, specifications, and creative direction, then producing high-quality visual assets for marketplaces and digital marketing channels. This includes product images, lifestyle images, infographics, comparison graphics, short-form videos, ad creatives, social media content, and enhanced product page content.

The ideal candidate understands how to use AI tools and creative software to produce content quickly and at scale while maintaining quality, accuracy, and brand consistency. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with a large volume of products.

Responsibilities

• Create product images, lifestyle images, infographics, short-form videos, and digital creative assets for e-commerce product pages, social media, ads, and marketplace campaigns
• Use AI tools and creative platforms to generate, edit, enhance, and scale product content quickly
• Produce marketplace-ready creative assets for Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, eBay, Shopify, social media, and digital advertising platforms
• Create image sets for product listings, including main images, feature images, comparison graphics, lifestyle scenes, and benefit-driven infographics
• Create short product videos for product pages, ads, social media, and promotional campaigns
• Turn product specifications, features, and benefits into clear visual stories
• Follow marketplace image and video requirements for different channels
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets
• Work from product data, product photos, listing copy, brand guidelines, and client direction
• Create content at scale across many SKUs and product categories
• Organize creative files, naming conventions, folders, source files, and final deliverables
• Review assets for accuracy, quality, spelling, compliance, and visual consistency before delivery
• Coordinate with marketplace, listing, advertising, and client teams to understand asset needs
• Revise creative assets based on feedback and marketplace requirements
• Track progress across multiple products, deadlines, and client projects
• Help identify when additional assets are needed, such as lifestyle images, infographics, videos, or enhanced product content

Qualifications

• Experience creating product images, videos, infographics, lifestyle content, or digital creative assets
• Strong understanding of e-commerce product content and what makes product pages convert
• Experience using AI creative tools for image generation, video generation, image editing, background creation, product mockups, or creative automation
• Experience with creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Figma, or similar platforms
• Ability to create content quickly and efficiently across a high volume of products
• Strong eye for design, layout, typography, product positioning, and visual storytelling
• Ability to turn product features and specifications into clear, customer-friendly visuals
• Understanding of marketplace content needs, including product image sets, infographics, lifestyle images, A+ Content assets, and video content
• Strong attention to detail, especially with product accuracy, spelling, brand consistency, and compliance
• Ability to manage multiple projects, SKUs, deadlines, and revisions at once
• Comfortable working remotely and communicating with a team online
• Strong organization skills and ability to keep creative files clearly labeled and easy to find
• Ability to take direction, work independently, and move quickly without sacrificing quality

• Experience creating content for Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, eBay, Shopify, or other marketplace product pages
• Experience creating Amazon A+ Content images, brand store graphics, comparison charts, and enhanced product page assets
• Experience creating social media ads, Meta ads, TikTok videos, Google display ads, or marketplace ad creatives
• Experience with consumer products such as electronics, appliances, toys, baby products, furniture, bedding, home goods, or general merchandise
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or similar creative tools
• Experience with batch workflows, templates, automation, or producing creative assets at scale
• Basic understanding of marketplace SEO, product benefits, and conversion-focused product content

This role is not just about making nice images. The goal is to create product content that helps customers understand the product, improves product pages, supports advertising, and helps increase sales.

The right candidate should be comfortable using AI tools, creative software, templates, and organized workflows to produce images, videos, infographics, lifestyle content, and other assets quickly and professionally.
