The role involves lead generation, client engagement, and coordination with sales and technical teams to provide customized engineering solutions.

Ideal candidates will have a solid grasp of engineering concepts and proven track record in building lasting client relationships in any of the following:\n\nThe role will focus on selling Plant Engineering Services for U.S. Market to:\n\nLarge and Mid Size EPCs\nEquipment Companies\nEnd-user Companies in Process Industries (Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Power, Water, Nuclear, FMCG)\nIntegrators in Process Industries\n\nSelling end-to-end Plant Engineering services including:\n\nProcess, Mechanical, Civil/Structural, Piping\nElectrical & Instrumentation\nControls & Automation Engineering\nPLC, SCADA, DCS, HMI\nIndustry 4.0, IoT & Digital Technologies\n\nThis is an excellent position for highly driven sales professionals who have proven experience in Inside Sales / Business Development and are motivated to pursue an opportunity to become full-fledged Business Development Managers. This position will give you an opportunity to closely work with the company’s senior leadership who will guide and mentor you in the evolution of your sales career in a dynamically evolving technology landscape.\n\nExperience:\n\n4 - 10+ years in B2B sales in any of the following areas - Engineering Services, Digital Technologies, Intelligent Connected Products\nMinimum sales experience of 4 years in Overseas Markets (US Preferable)\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nGenerate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online research\nFix appointments for company’s Senior Management for North America market\nActively Participate in meetings with Prospects and Customers along with the company’s Senior Leadership and Business Unit Heads\nUnderstand customer needs and position appropriate engineering solutions\nMaintain and update CRM with client interactions and opportunity tracking\nSupport marketing efforts by contributing insights and assisting with campaigns\nMeet or exceed sales targets and KPIs\n\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field\nProven sales experience in B2B engineering and technology services environment\nHand-on experience on tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nFamiliarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, PipeDrive)\nMotivation to Learn and Deploy AI Enabled techniques for Business Development\n\nAttitude And Interpersonal Skills You Will Bring:\n\nClear And Critical Thinking\nOpenness / Willingness To Give / Receive Feedback From Customers And Colleagues\nExceptional Communication / Presentation / Listening\nEntrepreneurial Hunger To Grow New Business\nAesthetic Sense, Positive / Optimistic Mindset
