Located in Chennai, we aim to set a benchmark in the exhibition industry with our expertise and passion.\n\nRole Description\nThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Event Coordinator based in Chennai.\nThe Marketing Event Coordinator will focus on planning, organizing, and executing art and cultural events. Key responsibilities include Marketing, Vendor managment , designing and implementing event marketing strategies, managing event logistics, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service during events, and handling post-event evaluations to ensure continuous improvement. The coordinator will also maintain timelines and budgets efficiently while ensuring all events align with organizational goals.\n\nQualifications\nProficiency in Event Planning and Event Management, including the ability to manage vendors, Stall bookings, public relations, social media Marketing timelines, and budgets effectively.\nFluent in languages like Hindi, English and Tamil\nStrong skills in promoting events and driving engagement.\nDemonstrated excellence in Communication and Customer Service, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.\nProficient in using event management and marketing tools or software.\nBachelor's degree in marketing\nEvent Management, Communication, or related field is preferred.\nPrevious experience in the art and exhibition industry is a plus.\nFreshers are also Welcome.
