Role Description The English Language Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging English lessons for playgroup to grade 5 students, aligned with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives. Daily tasks include preparing lesson plans, teaching reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The teacher will create a positive classroom environment, use age-appropriate teaching methods and resources, and collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student growth. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Girwa, requiring active participation in school activities, meetings, and professional development sessions.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching skills suited for early-years and primary students.
• Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and Education skills to design structured, age-appropriate learning experiences.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues.
• Relevant teaching certification or diploma in Education, English, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with young learners (playgroup to grade 5) in a school setting is beneficial.
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics, use varied teaching methodologies, and integrate basic educational technology is an advantage.
