Job Description
- Build and maintain relationships with defence customers, government agencies, and system integrators . \n
- Lead high-level customer engagements, product briefings, and capability demonstrations . \n
- Represent the organization in industry forums, exhibitions, and defence events \n
- Own revenue targets, profit margins, and business growth metrics for the product line & Monitor program performance and profitability \n
- Work with R&D and product teams to define product roadmaps and capability upgrades . \n
- Align product development priorities with market needs and upcoming defence programs . \n
- Provide inputs on technology investments and capability development . \n
- Lead technical pre-sales activities for Laser Weapon Systems and Counter-Drone solutions across defence and security programs. \n
- Analyse customer RFP/RFI/RFQ requirements and develop compliant technical solutions. \n
- Prepare system architecture, block diagrams, and technical concept notes for proposed solutions. \n
- Support technical presentations, demonstrations, and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) activities . \n
- Define system configurations, subsystem selection, and performance budgets . \n
- Work with engineering teams to assess technical feasibility, risks, and integration aspects \n
- Interface with defence customers, system integrators, and program stakeholders to understand operational requirements. \n
- Track emerging technologies in: \n
- Directed Energy WeaponsCounter-UAS systemsElectro-optical trackingRF detection and jammingEvaluate technology readiness and integration potential \n\n
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering / Electrical Engineering . \n
- 15+ years of experience in defence electronics, system integration, or mission systems. \n
- Experience in system architecture or technical solution development for complex electronic systems \n
- Directed Energy / Laser Weapon Systems \n
- Counter-Drone / Counter-UAS systems \n
- Radar, RF detection, or electronic warfare systems \n
- Electro-Optical / Infrared (EO/IR) tracking systems \n
- Air defence or surveillance systems \n
- Command and control systems \n
- System integration for defence platforms
