Business Development Executive – Lithium-ion Battery Recycling
\nLocation: Vadodara, Gujarat
\nRubamin is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive reporting to AGM Business Development to assist in partnerships across the EV, battery manufacturing, consumer electronics, energy storage and circular economy ecosystem.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities across EV / Battery OEMs, consumer electronics, BESS, and aggregators. \n
- Coordinate sampling & analysis, visits, audits, proposal submission and contract execution. \n
- Collaborate internally with Technical, Logistics, Commercial, and EHS teams for seamless execution and customer satisfaction. \n
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities. \n
Candidate Experience & Background
\n- \n
- 2-5 years of experience in Business Development or Key Account Management. \n
- Preferred industry background: Lithium-ion batteries, EV ecosystem, battery manufacturing, battery recycling, energy storage, critical minerals, specialty chemicals, metals, or circular economy. \n
- MBA is an advantage. \n
Skills Required
\n- \n
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. \n
- Knowledge of battery value chain,battery recycling would be an advantage \n
- AI & Digital Proficiency – Power BI - AI/LLM tools for market analysis, proposal preparation, and productivity enhancement. \n
- Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented with a strong ownership mindset. \n
