Role Overview

We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, manage strategic BFSI accounts, and expand our fintech solution footprint across banking and financial institutions.

The role requires strong enterprise sales experience, commercial ownership, OEM coordination, and strategic account expansion capabilities.

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Candidate must be from the Fintech domain/ Must have banking knowledge.
\n
• Good to have a domain knowledge of FRM, Banking payment and settlement.
\n
• Must be open to travel (as per business requirements across India)
\n
• 5–10 years of experience in BFSI / Fintech
\n
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
\n
• Candidate must be from the FRM(Financial Risk Manager)
\n

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Ownership

\n
• Drive end-to-end sales cycle for BFSI customers
\n
• Acquire new banking and financial institution clients
\n
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract closures
\n
• Own revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline management
\n

Account Management & Growth

\n
• Build strong relationships with IT, security, compliance, and CXO stakeholders
\n
• Drive recurring revenue (AMC, upgrades, support contracts, enhancements)
\n
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across fintech and OEM portfolios
\n

Solution & OEM Sales

\n
• Sell integrated solutions including OEM products and proprietary fintech platforms
\n
• Position system integration and digital banking solutions effectively
\n
• Coordinate with OEM and internal teams for solution proposals
\n

Commercial & Financial Ownership

\n
• Ensure revenue realization and billing milestones
\n
• Monitor margins and manage commercial risks
\n
• Handle change requests and scope discussions
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n
• MBA (Preferred)
\n
• Experience in selling Digital Banking, Payments, ATM/POS, Security, Identity, or Compliance solutions
\n
• Exposure to enterprise BFSI sales and multi-vendor environments
\n
