Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Lakhmi Chand Tejoo Mal in Delhi. This junior-level position focuses on driving sales and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer relationship management, a keen eye for fashion trends, and expertise in retail merchandising.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in the fashion industry and a strong understanding of current fashion trends to effectively communicate our product offerings to customers.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management software to manage and enhance customer interactions and drive sales growth.
- Knowledge of retail merchandising techniques to optimize product displays and maximize sales opportunities.
- Familiarity with point of sale systems to process transactions efficiently and effectively in a retail environment.
- Strong communication skills to engage with customers and respond to their queries and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Ability to handle wholesale and branded retail customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels and tailoring services to their needs.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet sales targets within set timelines.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to team success.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand customer base and increase sales revenue in the designated territory.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and competitor activities, providing insights to enhance sales strategies.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional activities to showcase products and increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to track performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with the product development team to provide customer feedback and contribute to product improvement efforts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining the integrity and professionalism of the brand.
