SAP Fioneer Financial Control Consultant ( Functional)

We are seeking an experienced SAP Fioneer Financial Control (FC) functional consultant to support the implementation and optimization of the financial control process. The role requires a strong blend of functional expertise, stakeholder engagement, and SAP product knowledge to translate business requirements into effective solutions. The position will play a critical role in driving the design, implementation and adoption of the Fioneer financial control module, while ensuring alignment with broader SAP finance architecture.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the implementation of SAP Fioneer Financial control module, including requirement gathering, solution design and deployment.
Engage with business stakeholders to understand financial control requirements, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs
Provide subject matter expertise on financial control processes (reconciliation, substantiation, reporting)
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate system configuration and integration.
Evaluate existing processes and recommend best practices and optimization opportunities.
Support UAT, training, and post implementation stabilization.
Support the transition from legacy financial control systems to SAP Fioneer financial control including process assessment, gap analysis and migration support.
Partner with vendor to drive co-innovation and solution enhancements aligned and business and control requirements.
Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Provide inputs on data models, controls, and governance frameworks related to financial control.
