The role offers exposure across core finance functions including financial reporting, compliance, and business finance.\n\nRole & Responsibilities\nLead financial accounting., viz. P2P cycle, O2C cycle or capitalization cycle\nAssist in financial reporting and month-end/year-end closing activities\nSupport statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits\nEnsure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements\nWork on direct and indirect taxation (GST, TDS, etc.)\nPrepare and analyze financial statements and MIS reports\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams for financial data and insights\nAssist in process improvement and automation initiatives\n\nSkills & Qualifications\nQualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Fresher\nArticleship experience with Big 6 firms preferred\nStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting\nBasic knowledge of taxation (GST, TDS, compliance)\nProficiency in MS Excel ; ERP knowledge is an added advantage\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nDetail-oriented with a proactive and learning mindset.
