The candidate should have strong coordination and reporting skills with experience in real estate operations.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nManage all incoming leads from Meta Ads, portals, website, walk-ins, and channel partners\nAssign leads to sales executives and track proper follow-ups\nMaintain and update CRM software regularly\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports\nTrack inquiry status, site visits, bookings, and conversions\nCoordinate with Sales and Marketing teams for lead flow management\nHandle WhatsApp communication, emails, and customer data records\nMonitor lead response time and sales team performance\nMaintain accurate databases and reporting systems\nSupport management with operational analysis and performance reports\n\nRequired Skills\nStrong knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel\nGood analytical and reporting skills\nExcellent coordination and communication abilities\nAbility to manage large volumes of data efficiently\nKnowledge of real estate sales processes preferred\n\nExperience & Qualification\nGraduate/MBA preferred\nMinimum 3 years of experience in CRM, Lead Management, or MIS Reporting\nReal estate industry experience will be preferred\n\nSalary\nAs per experience and industry standards\n\nInterested Candidates, Share your resume at:\nEmail:\nContact: +91-9057833000
