What we can offer you is a space to explore varied technologies and quench your techie soul.\n\nWhat we are looking for:\n\n- Handling Expert level of hands-on experience on SAP Roles &\n- access, SAP Security support issues.\n- Working as part of the SAP Support Desk team in a Contact Centre\n- setup.\n- Solving user queries and technical problems independently.\n- Supporting day-to-day issues related to finance transactions and\n- travel expenses.\n- Communicating clearly in English with users (spoken and written).\n- Creating and updating support documents and issue logs.\n- Willing to learn and support other SAP areas like user creation.\n- Meeting service level targets in a Service Desk environment.\n- Helping improves support processes and team efficiency.\n\nMinimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education
