HRMS Principal Analyst Senior Business Product Owner – ServiceNow HRSD\nWe are looking for an experienced Senior Business Product Owner to drive the adoption, optimization, and digital transformation of the ServiceNow HRSD platform. The role will focus on enhancing employee self-service capabilities, improving HR case management processes, enabling automation and AI-driven solutions, and maximizing platform utilization across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn and prioritize the ServiceNow HRSD product backlog and roadmap.\nEnhance Employee Center, Knowledge Base, Service Catalog, and Virtual Agent capabilities to improve employee experience and self-service adoption.\nOptimize HR case lifecycle workflows and Agent Workspace to improve operational efficiency and case resolution.\nDrive automation, AI, and predictive intelligence initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve service delivery.\nConduct platform maturity assessments, identify functional gaps, and recommend improvement opportunities.\nPartner with HR, IT, and ServiceNow teams to define requirements, align priorities, and ensure successful delivery.\nLeverage Performance Analytics to monitor adoption, measure outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.\nEvaluate integration opportunities across HR systems to enhance workflows and employee experience.\nRequired Skills & Experience:\nStrong experience with ServiceNow HRSD and HR Service Delivery processes.\nProduct ownership, backlog management, and roadmap planning experience.\nExpertise in business analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder management.\nExperience with HR case management, knowledge management, service catalogs, and self-service solutions.\nKnowledge of automation, AI, workflow optimization, and performance analytics.\nAbility to work cross-functionally with HR, IT, PMO, and business stakeholders.\nPreferred Background:\nServiceNow HRSD Product Owner\nSenior Business Analyst / Product Owner\nHR Technology Consultant\nHR Digital Transformation Lead\nServiceNow Functional Consultant\n\nPrimary Location : India-Telangana-Hyderabad
