Lead Financial Planning and Analysis

Job Description:\n\n- Perform financial reporting and support monthly P&L analysis and financial forecasts\n\n- Support in monthly/quarterly financial closing activity in close co-ordination with business and accounting teams\n\n- Facilitate financial review meetings with business groups and work with business managers to ensure effective finance and cost management\n\n- Assist in Measuring and reporting progress on key goals for the business team in a timely manner\n\n- Facilitate the business reviews with data analysis and follow through with business leaders on actionable items for improving business metrics over a period of time\n\n- Perform ad-hoc business analyses and financial modeling. Present recommendations to senior management on strategic decisions, and planned future initiatives\n\n- Develop & maintain financial models to support the planning, forecasting processes and annual budgeting process\n\n- Partnering with the Global leadership team to develop strategic multi-year or long term operating plans\n\n- Execute and drive KPI metrics for business and operation performance\n\n- Demonstrate appropriate understanding / working knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls, and apply them\n\n- Ensure appropriate financial policies, procedures, and internal controls are in place, documented, and operating as intended\n\n- Process cost center creation and changes, movement of cost center hierarchies\n\n- Data visualization and reporting for easy consumption of all stakeholders\n\n- Identify improvements in the current existing process\n\n- Creates executive-level reports in PPT and Excel\n\nRequirements:\n\n- MBA with 5 years’ experience in Management reporting and analysis / Forecasting & Budgeting.\n\n- Proficiency in MS office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word\n\n- Experience in SQL & Powerbi is a plus\n\n- Self-starter that takes ownership of issues and drives them toward a conclusion\n\n- Able to succeed in a fast, high-growth and fairly unstructured work environment\n\n- Advanced analytical skills and the ability to get into the details\n\n- Detail oriented; Ability to manage multiple tasks; strong organizational skills\n\nPreferred requirements:\n\n- Proven expertise managing, evaluating, analyzing data quickly and creating meaningful business reporting - Strong financial acumen - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills\n\n- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines\n\n- Exceptional interpersonal skills — including written and oral communication skills.\n\n#J-18808-Ljbffr
