Requirements\n\n- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.\n- 15+ years of experience in HR technology with at least 10 years in SAP SuccessFactors.\n- Proven track record of architecting and delivering multiple full-lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations.\n- In-depth knowledge of HR processes and best practices.\n- Expertise in integration tools (SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or similar middleware).\n- Experience with SAP BTP, analytics/reporting, and extensions (preferred).\n- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.\n- SAP SuccessFactors certifications in PMGM & LMS (preferred).\n\n#J-18808-Ljbffr
