Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

·%CF; Renewal Outreach: Initiate timely and personalized communication with customers approaching the end of their subscription cycle.

%CF; Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs, showcase learner progress, and position Bhanzu’s programs as essential for continued growth.

%CF; Upsell Opportunities: Identify and pitch relevant upgrades or additional programs that align with the learner’s journey.

%CF; Customer Insights: Gather feedback and relay insights to internal teams to improve offerings and retention strategies.

%CF; Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of renewal status, customer interactions, and performance metrics using CRM tools.

%CF; Relationship Building: Foster trust and loyalty by delivering exceptional service and demonstrating genuine care for learner outcomes.

Requirements:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work under pressure.

· Laptop is mandatory.

· Willing to work in a startup environment (fast paced).

· Willing to work 6 days a week.
