At Phonon / 22 North, we build platforms that power customer communication, notifications, passenger servicing, disruption recovery, customer engagement, and operational workflows for leading enterprises across Aviation, BFSI, and other industries.
We are not looking for interns who want to spend a year making Power Points, writing documentation, or fixing minor bugs.
We are looking for future Product Engineers.
People who enjoy solving problems, understanding systems, building products, and taking ownership.
If you are curious about how large-scale applications work, how customer problems get solved through technology, and how products are built and operated in the real world, this role is for you.
What You'll Work On
As a Product Engineering Intern, you will work on real products and real customer problems.
You will:
Build features used by enterprise customers
Work on frontend and backend applications
Build APIs and integrations
Work with databases and messaging systems
Debug production issues and understand root causes
Participate in product discussions and solution design
Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability
Learn how enterprise systems are deployed, monitored, and supported
Work alongside Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Customer Success teams
This is a hands-on engineering internship where you will contribute to production systems.

Final Year BE / BTech / MTech / MCA / MSc (IT/CS)
Fresh Graduates
Available for full-time work from Vadodara
Strong academic record preferred
Personal projects, Git Hub repositories, hackathons, or open-source contributions are a plus

Successful interns will be considered for full-time Product Engineering roles.
Depending on performance, ownership, learning ability, and overall contribution, compensation on confirmation is typically expected to be in the ₹3.6–6 LPA range.
Outstanding performers may also be offered a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) before completion of the internship.
