The Opportunity
We're on the hunt for a seasoned and sharpSales leader to own and grow our enterprise portfolio in the Everywhere Business Unit — the team behind our iconic Brewing Bots (vending machine) network.
You'll be building strategic relationships at the very top — with CFOs, CHROs, Heads of Admin, and Procurement leaders — across some of India's largest organisations. Your mission? Unlock ₹10 crore+ in annual business per account, turning workplace chai breaks into a serious revenue engine.
We believe great salespeople belong in the field. Expect to spend 80% of your time with customers — forging trust, uncovering needs, and closing deals that move the needle. And yes, there's a performance-driven bonus structure that genuinely rewards excellence.
What You'll Own
- Hunt and onboard a strategic portfolio of 50–70 large and global accounts with 5,000+ office staff — these are the deals that define careers.
- Partner with Infra Management companies to unlock their existing client networks and accelerate growth.
- Lead high-stakes RFPs and tenders — and win them.
- Own account profitability end-to-end: from first hello to long-term renewal.
- Consistently deliver against ambitious revenue targets — and then raise the bar.
- Get under the skin of each account's needs and build plans that create real, lasting value.
- Champion world-class sales, supply, and service standards across your portfolio.
- Build relationships so strong that renewals feel like a formality — not a fight.
What You Bring
- A proven track record of cracking and growing large corporate accounts — experience in BFSI or IT is a serious advantage.
- The kind of listening skills that make clients feel truly understood — paired with the negotiation muscle to seal the deal.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication — from boardroom pitches to email follow-ups.
- A problem-solver's mindset: you see obstacles as puzzles, not roadblocks.
- Real leadership instincts and the ability to inspire and collaborate across teams.

Chai Point is the first company in India to launch environment-friendly heat retaining Chai flasks in 2016 that can keep the chai, coffee hot for up to 2 hours.
