Admission Counsellor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Counsellor to engage with prospective students and parents, provide career guidance, and support the admissions process. The role requires strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective students and parents to provide accurate information about courses and services.
• Manage and nurture leads through structured follow-ups to drive enrolments.
• Achieve defined monthly and quarterly admission targets.
• Assess student interests and career goals to recommend suitable programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
• Basic computer proficiency and CRM handling ability
• Ability to build rapport and guide students effectively

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in telecounselling, career counselling, or telesales.
• Experience in the education sector is preferred. Candidates with a strong sales background in other industries may also apply.
