Day in the life:

• Product Marketing & Positioning

  Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for FCM’s technology and service solutions

  Translate technical features into clear customer benefits

  Define competitive differentiation and buyer personas

  Go-To-Market & Product Launches

  Lead GTM planning for new products and feature releases

  Coordinate launches across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations

  Ensure on-time readiness of messaging, content, and enablement materials

  Market, Customer & Competitor Insights

  Conduct market and competitor analysis

  Gather customer insights through research, feedback, and data

  Act as the “voice of the customer” across the product lifecycle

  Sales & Internal Enablement

  Create sales enablement tools such as presentations, battlecards, FAQs, and product guides

  Enable Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams with product knowledge

  Support pre-sales, renewals, and key client conversations when required

  Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration

  Work closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to influence roadmap decisions

  Collaborate with global marketing, PR/Comms, and external technology partners

  Present product updates and launches to internal stakeholders

You'll be perfect for the role if you have

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing , preferably in technology or SaaS

• Experience working in global or matrix organisations

• Hands-on experience creating product marketing content

• Exposure to product lifecycle management and GTM launches

• Experience working closely with Product and Sales teams

• Travel or B2B services industry experience is a plus (not mandatory)

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and storytelling skills

• Commercial mindset with customer-first thinking

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills

• Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into insights

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (mandatory)
