JOB DETAILS

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant with 3–4 years of professional experience to manage financial records, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support the organization’s financial health. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting in the Indian context.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update books of accounts, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations
Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other regulatory filings
Assist in audits (internal and external) and coordinate with auditors
Monitor expenses, budgets, and financial forecasts
Maintain accurate documentation and records for financial transactions
Support management with financial analysis and reporting

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com or equivalent)
3–4 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax)
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks)
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Be ready to travel for 10 to 15 days in a month for outstation trips for exhibtions related accounting work.

Preferred Qualifications:

CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent certification (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience working in (Exhbitions, Events, Production, Import Export)
