Responsibilit

ies Build and maintain strong working relationships with international student accommodation property managers and internal stakeholders, including Key Account Management (KAM) and Business Development tea ms. Manage end-to-end reconciliation and invoicing processes with accommodation partners to ensure accurate revenue realizati on. Own and drive monthly collection targets by ensuring timely follow-up and closure of outstanding paymen ts. Investigate, manage, and resolve discrepancies and disputes related to bookings, invoicing, commissions, and payment collectio ns. Analyze reconciliation and collections data to identify trends, exceptions, and opportunities for operational improveme nt. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve the efficiency and accuracy of revenue operations process es. Communicate effectively with accommodation partners across the USA, UK, Australia, and other international markets through calls, emails, and virtual meetin gs. Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and scalabili
