JOB DETAILS

1. Manage New/ Old admissions & present them to consultants
2. Carry out rounds on patients update the consultants & follow up
3. Should be conversant with central venous catheter placement & Incubation, be actively involved in stabilization of acutely ill patients
4. Documentation of patients/ ward
5. Who will be responsible for monitoring and providing general care to patients on hospital wards and in outpatient clinics
6. Examining and talking to patients to diagnose their medical conditions
7. Working with other doctors as part of a team, either in the same department or within other specialties
8. Carrying out specific procedures, e.g. Performing operations and specialist investigations
9. Liaising with other medical and non-medical staff in the hospital to ensure quality treatment;
10. Undertaking managerial responsibilities such as planning the workload and staffing of the department
