Assistant Human Resource (TATA STEEL) Fresher

In this role, you will be assisting the Human Resource department at TATA STEEL, located in Hyderabad, India. Your key responsibilities will include supporting HR initiatives, assisting in recruitment processes, handling employee queries, maintaining HR records, and participating in HR projects.
To excel in this position, you should have a post-graduate degree in HR or a related field. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work well in a team and maintain confidentiality. Prior experience in HR is not necessary but is a plus. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn and grow in the HR field. This is a full-time role that requires you to work from the office.
