Graphic Designer and Video Editor

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experience in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.

• Responsible for creating graphics like social media posts, cover pictures, infographics, logos, and icons by using Photoshop and Illustrator.
  
• Ensure creative standards are maintained.
  
• Coordinating with the internal teams, brands
  
• Sourcing innovative and creative materials for designing.
  
• Ability to create gifs and small videos
  
• Reviewing raw material to determine the shot list.
  
• Manipulating film and video footage using modern editing techniques.
  
• Maintaining continuity while moving shots according to scene value.
  
• Trimming footage and putting together the rough project.
  
• Inserting dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects.
  
• Ensuring the project follows a logical sequence.
  
• Consulting with the Team and production team throughout the project.
  
• Creating the final cut for broadcasting.
  
• Coming up with various latest editing techniques.
  

Requirements

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

• Excellent graphic designing skills using Adobe Creative Suite software
  
• Must be passionate about graphic designing/ sketching/ digital sketching
  
• A creative thought process with an out of box thinking
  
• Creative in visualising and executing the desired designs under set deadlines
  
• Good understanding of social media
  
• Must be knowledgeable in sourcing materials for design requirements
  
• Must be a team player
  
• Experience: With a minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant field.(Experience working in a digital marketing agency would be an added advantage)
  

Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile: Graduation is a must; postgraduate qualification in Communications, Marketing, or related field is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital marketing or creative agency, with at least 2 years in a team lead or managerial role. Proven ability to manage multiple brands and deliver creative excellence across projects. Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team building and performance management. Requirements: Exceptional conceptualization and writing skills with a solid understanding of brand strategy and digital marketing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to internal teams and clients. Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Creative leader who can inspire, mentor, and drive innovation within the team.
