We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment . You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process for technical roles, working closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles – from understanding the job requirement to offer rollout and onboarding.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals .

• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical assessments.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and track feedback.

• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.

• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process.

• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns as needed.

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment .

• Basic understanding of technical roles and IT skill sets (e.g., developers, testers, DevOps, etc.).

• Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and job boards.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

• Experience in a startup or fast-growing tech environment .

• Knowledge of ATS tools and recruitment metrics.
