Qualification

• Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT) or Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT)
  
• Valid professional registration as applicable
  
• Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
  

Experience

• Experience in pediatric occupational therapy is preferred
  
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in child development and pediatric rehabilitation may also apply
  

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and develop individualized therapy plans for children with developmental, sensory, behavioral, neurological, and physical challenges
  
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve functional independence and participation in daily activities
  
• Conduct sensory integration therapy, fine motor skill training, handwriting programs, activities of daily living (ADL) training, and cognitive skill development
  
• Work closely with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Developmental Delay, Learning Disabilities, and other special needs
  
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans based on individual goals and outcomes
  
• Educate and counsel parents regarding home-based therapy activities and developmental strategies
  
• Maintain accurate assessment reports, treatment records, and progress documentation
  
• Collaborate effectively with speech therapists, psychologists, special educators, physiotherapists, and pediatricians to ensure holistic care
